Not another Sisters (of Murphy) gig at Joseph's Well? Yep, this time as support for Switchblade Symphony (methinks someone has a perverse sense of humour, Sisters supporting SS?!? ;)

The Smurphs have a new singer, who seems to know the words without a lyric sheet (shame!). A good (if short) set, highlights for me were Valentine and Gimme Gimme Gimme, the latter being a near perfect rendition. The only low point was the fact that there was no dry ice, which made the band all too visible to be the real thing. Those expecting three young women scandily clad in leather promoting a certain black drink were only slightly dissapointed.
